acting workshop

We will soon be introducing a community focused acting workshop.
We invite local actors to sign up and take this opportunity to work with others to develop their acting skills with the aim of
being cast in various independent movies.
Our acting workshop will be supervised by producers and directors who volunteer their time.

Ready to begin your career as an actor?

This will be an on-going dynamic workshop will give you the basic tools to sell yourself to in movies as an actor. You
will explore the fields of monologues, cold reading, improvisation and tapping in to your own strengths to develop and
build characters. You will also participate in on-camera sessions, character and scene studies. All of these elements
will give you the tools to channel your talent into a focused, finished character. With the economy the way it is right
now, participation in this workshop is free. Our aim is to developing a strong bank of actors to take advantage of the
various movies that will be produced here in the next few months.
